I had a think about it and decided you were sitting on a chair that was a bit too high

No. I was well and truly standing on the floor carpeting. When I tweaked the photo slightly, the paler shadow of my right leg disappeared as did the barely perceptible texture of the carpeting. It was in a waiting room. I took other pictures of chairs. They all appear to be floating above the floor or pasted into the photo..

My pure, innocent, and naive mind had not noticed the drops ! And, gosh, I just thought that it was raining quite heavily that day and I had (exceptionally) given my shoes a shine before coming to see the heart specialist. Just as well I did not notice at the time. Anyway, the room waiting room was empty and had I had a fit, I was in the right place... Most embarrassing, all that. Shall never more go out when when it's raining.
