Raindrops.

I got the *istDS out this morning (ignore the date and time) with an F zoom 35-70 and shot some of the gloomiest images so far this year. This one looked interesting though. It is raindrops splattered onto the outside of the back door window with a 'nice' gloomy bokeh behind, using the lens' macro function. Try it at full size.

Yes. They certainly don't appear to be on one plane (i.e. a sheet of glass).
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
