A very fine capture (especially using a 50mm lens), of a handsome cock robin, and your exposure was just right for wonderful background bokeh.
Personally however I'd have cropped to portrait format- it would make for a better composition IMO- particularly as the post is so prominent as to be distracting, and should IMO be cropped out bar the top inch or so.
