Not really sure of the name but i think its a Black-lined skimmer..( i stand to be corrected). This was taken in the S"ALBUFERA DE MALLORCA, National Park.

Great image...almost looks like a 'humanized' Disney creation.
Also thought it was another one of Derek's...!
