I like it.
I don't mind the top branches above the peak. The only tweak I might make would be to decrease slightly the depth of the strip below the base of the tree, across the bottom of the image...would 'improve' the aspect ratio slightly as well as I prefer something closer to 16:9 for a shot like this...purely subjective.
Out of interest...where is it Andrew?
