Pensive Bear

This lovely bear, taken just on dusk, is actually a fountain.

He is deep in thought pensively taking in the skyscrapers around him and spitting out a jet of water.

It is a special place for kids to also wonder, what the bear is deep in thought about ?

(as explained to me by a venerable Japanese gentleman who saw me also musing about what it all meant)

Can't say I like the dayglo bear but the photo is a stunner.

Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks for your comment David , much appreciated; Probably made the day glow bear worse with the polariser but it was quite small in the image despite being about 15ft high and looked a little anaemic without polarising it because the sun was low and creating a little glare.
