The lens is a Sigma 150-500mm f5-6.3 DG OS HSM. It was tripod mounted and triggered with a remote. The lens was also cushioned to prevent any shake when the trigger released. Last year was amazing for Butterflies. This one + lots more, were in a large Buddleia bush. Some of them though were a fair distance away, hence the use of the 500mm.
