Parent and offspring?

by OldTaffy

This little froglet, less than 2 cm long, had just climbed out of the water for the first time. By chance an adult frog has its head poking through the duckweed in the background.
Part of a series of tadpole-becoming-frog images I have posted to my flickr album Metamorphosis.

That's a lovely shot. The more so for the bit of serendipity.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks for your comments. With hindsight it was good fun getting a series of photos of tadpoles changing into little frogs, though at times it was difficult and uncomfortable.
