I also think you've pushed the shadows too far, resulting in that vertical banding on Pam's face.

4000???? The camara decided on that wich was suprising to me.
This shot was straight out of the camera nothing altered,didnt see the banding on my laptop it looked a lot darker before I posted it thanks for that.
