Orange Bubbles

A technique I saw in the latest edition of Digital Photo, drop a fruit into a glass of tonic water, this is a satsuma, I then desaturated it and colour popped the orange in Photoshop, EXIF Data: Pentax K-r, f/5.6, 1/6 sec, 18mm, ISO-100.
