I like this although there is probably not enough contrast, but that's me, would like to see a colour version to compare

Thanks for your comments guys. Although it was a rusting old hulk I thought it would suit monochrome well. Overall i'm quite pleased with how it turned out.
The coloured version, albeit with a little 'watercolour' effect added, I quite like as well although it is very subdued.

Nice shot, good subject. I felt the same as Teaka53 about the contrast, just a tad more would give it a bit of punch.
