Good shot George.

Well framed.

Too far from a shore.

Just to be contrary, George. I understood cattle and four legged beasts wended their way home and that birds winged their way home. Just being pedantic for fun.

Thoramay, I haven't heard that before, but I shall remember it.

Fun is the only good excuse for pedantry, IMHO.

And thanks to the other commentators for their kind words.

You are quite right, Pentaxanne. Allow me to repay your kindness by mentioning that the shift key on your keyboard also needs attention.

What a stunning crisp action shot, I dont think I will ever be able to come near such a brilliant photo and such a magnificent bird as well.

Steady on, David! Animal photography is more about luck and/or patience than skill, and I was lucky with this one.

But thanks!
