Northern light show 2

Don't worry - I'm not going to post
all the rest 68 aurora pictures to
this gallery!
The former shot was taken towards the west, this faces the NW. The
lights moved slowly from the W to the N before they started to fade.
Around the zenith there were wide
jets at least an hour after these
had faded, but those jets are not as pictoresque as these curtains, and one should have a fish eye lens to catch them. This time there
was no proper crown seen around the zenith. I think my home lake Ristijärvi looks best lit by auroras.

Post as many as you like, You will make me more green with envy with each shot, but I never stop gawking in amazement of this phenomenon
