Nice shot! I'd hazard a guess it's taken from underneath a monorail?

I have no idea looks like the Angle of the North type upright but its very effective well spotted and taken

It is a shot of the Humber Bridge taken from underneath the north deck, (Hull side at Hessle Foreshore). The shot has been inverted.
