Thanks David. Just cropped to a 16:9 ratio at home, looks much better! Really tightens up the composition and focal point as you said
That is a cracking shot, perfectly balanced (left / right) for me.
I would consider cropping it a little at the top and bottom as I don't think it would lose anything and would focus the attention on the lovely details in the central portion.
