I like this! Nice light, foreground interest, moody skies and all nicely sharp. My only reservation is that the wheel feels a bit too central.

Thing to think about Tim,when your stood on Westminster Pier,is all the stuff in the immediate vicinity that you don`t want in the frame...and if you`re on Westminster Bridge then you got all the hassle with tourists milling around.
