Lion Head Knocker

I guessed this was a shot of yours Andrew before I clicked on it! Good sharp shot, and I like the worn nature of the wood. The brown colour also tones to my mind with the patinated greeny bronze of the knocker. Nicely taken

I really appreciate the rendition of the medullary rays in the oak. A much-prized (& very expensive!) feature of this beautiful timber.
