The old part of Frigiliana really suits the B&W treatment, especially if you're fit enough to manage all the steps and manage to avoid the crowds (which you've managed very well, Andrew - I hope you didn't have to get up too early!).

It was so hot the place was pretty well deserted. Myles. I do like villages like this. So different from the warm, mellow stone from round here.
Best wishes,

Andrew

You just had to do this in black and white Andrew, it suits the subject perfectly. I like the composition, its so well balanced but I think the white could do with a tiny bit more brilliance, it just looks ever so slightly dull.

Nice; well controlled exposure.
Best Regards, Larry.

Thanks folks. The exposure, as ever, is a problem in situations like this. I probably played safe with the highlights, afraid of losing them.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Under those light conditions I'm surprised you got it to balance at all! Excellent!
