lady in waiting.

Mary was finally executed at Fotheringhay Castle in Northamptonshire on 8 February 1587, at the age of 44.

She was buried in Peterborough Cathedral, but in 1612 her son James VI and I had her body exhumed and placed in the vault of King Henry VII's Chapel in Westminster Abbey.

A great 'character shot' Trixie, I like the way the lady is looking down at the camera, this really enhance the feeling of the image.

Best wishes

Takes skill to capture the image from that POV, unless of course if you were curtsying then not sure if that counts - Trixie, a outstanding image and certainly captures the character - thanks Tony
