Pose is very natural nothing false there. The lightening looks pretty good to me but there is a hot spot on the side of the young ladies nose.
There is a yellow cast evident clearly to be seen in the teeth and the eye whites. Your intention may have been to warm the image but if so it would be better to mask the eyes and mouth before hand.
It is a nice picture in any event so I think you should be happy with it

Hands are always difficult in a portrait, and this proves it. Good shot but the hand looks huge and as big as the head. If you can, leave the hand out of the shot.

Thank you both. I didnt see the yellow cast, maybe my monitor requires recalibration, agreed about the hot spot on the nose. I had a 10-20mm on the camera, i was in a confined space, but i do take your point, thanks again
