IMHO it's a superb BW....and subject is right for this pp. In special way I appreciate Black tones and reflections on iron rods.Interesting is the smart foreground(benches and terrace) against industrial area on the upper right corner. A good contrast....like the one between Hearth(benches and terrace:meaning to rest and to enjoy life) and Brain(industrial area: to work, to earn,...to die breathing cancer!!!).

I agree with Andrew. But you should clone out the white object at the left edge of the railings, IMHO.

It was the industrial skyline on the right that distracted me even more - but perhaps it was a deliberate choice to leave that aspect of the environment in?

A few of my photographs in flickr.
Lizars 1910 "Challenge" quarter-plate camera; and some more recent stuff.

The industrial skyline to me is an integral and important part of the shot - the white waste paper bin - is not - I should have removed it

No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more
