In Need of a Good Stacking???

Debated whether this largely out-of-focus flower should be posted at all. Tamron 15-70mm f/2.8

I like this. Have never tried stacking.
Wouldn't know where to start.

An interesting title. As the Olympus OM-D and EM-1 now have the ability to select focus distance as a bracketing option, I wonder how long before Pentax include it also. As a macro fan I would love to see that come about.

This a very pleasant image to view, but you're right about the stacking.

I've just read that the KP has the ability to "select focus as a bracketing option"!

Well, as it turns out, I spent about an hour pouring over the huge review of KP in PU, and somehow missed that. Great news, Paul, and now I've got to convince myself to go ahead and move up now from my KS-2 to the KP. Thank you so much for pointing that out; I shall re-visit the review.

I did check it out. My understanding is KP offers aperture bracketing only, not focus bracketing. Have I missed something Paul? Let me know please.
