Brilliant photograph, well taken. This is a "Gold-dust Day Gecko" (P.laticauda)this is a well known introduced gecko.
Gecko's do not stick on walls nor have glue on their feet, but do have microscopic hairs on their toes, feet and foot pad areas, that trap both moisture and electric/static properties.

Thanks for the info,I didn't realise that it was a Gecko, the only Gecko's I've seen before are an olive to brown colour. Thanks again.
