Graffiti!

There is a tunnel under Waterloo station where graffiti artists are allowed to practise their art! There isn't a square inch of blank wall left in sight!

Graffiti art is acceptable, but don't you just wanna swat those little taggers who will even tag over the graffiti?

hi Mac - agreed! However generally speaking it seems that along the tunnel itself, the artwork is respected. I spoke to one artist about how it all worked and he said that once a picture had been up a while/ losing a bit of 'punch', it was ok to start over with a new work of art on top
