Sorry Scott, The Spoon bill, as its name suggests has a spoon shaped end too its beak all the "stork" family have beaks like this one, Spoon bills sieve the water and extract small items of food and Storks use the beak for a stabbing strike and eat larger things like frogs/fish etc.(may be an Indian painted Bill Stork)
