Goldfinch

by davidrobinson

After seeing twenty plus Goldfinch on our neighbours feeders, we had two on ours feeders for the first time today.
Photographed through glass, but I'm delighted they are at last honouring us with their presence.

Thanks Brian but I think the same about your photos, as photographers we are I'm sure very guilty of excessive self criticism.
I try to under expose a bit this gives a chance of lowering the ISO, a faster shutter speed and or wider aperture. Provided it's a RAW photo I seem to get higher clarity and sharpness by tweaking with PS Raw Editor.

I like this one better, David. Pity for the tip of the tail.
