Good exposure for a night photograph.
Try a crop on it, remove the foreground, crop out the pay booth on the right, a tight crop on the left. - just a thought.

Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

If it was hand held excellent, if it was with a tripod it's still excellent, sorry Rees don't think it needs a crop,
