Morning Richard, The fern leaf was overhanging a shallow stream,(the same one i fell into a couple of weeks ago) and the objects are actually pebbles above the water line. But yes your right, you can make out those shapes
ps throw those pills away...... liquid is much better

Looks like too much "liquid" that you had, falling into the stream
