Interesting faces and lights, nice composition. Tim is right IMHO and you should clone out that distracting objects. I think you will find this function in the paid photo editing softwares (e.g. Bible5, LighRoom, PhotoShop) only.

I think they could have been cropped rather than cloned out as this would improve the composition as well as getting rid of the distractions. This would elevate the shot from very good to absolutely great! I like it in colour; I don't feel that BW would bring any benefits on this shot.
