If you have Windows Live Photo Gallery on your pc, run the individual photos through it. WLPG will resize, match-up, and average out the lighting for you to present a better overall pano. As it stands, there's too much going on in this.

Yes it's got a lot going on, but the inspiration for the montage comes from David Hockney's work in the early '70s.

I will look at Windows Live Photo Gallery though...

In my gallery, there's a pano that I made using WLPG. The composite will look something like Evening Star, but it will even out the lighting for you. Once you have the composite, it's easy enough to crop the image to obtain the final result.
