I'm guessing that the cox, 'stroke' and '3' (the leftmost three in the picture) are manoeuvring the quad, whilst 'bow' (the rightmost) is adjusting position in their seat.
I'm with David here: I too can hear the cox muttering the same. I've have been there (and not as a cox!).
Either way, nicely captured and nice exposure of the light reflecting from the surface of the water.
