Interesting shot. Over here in the UK we eat it, not dried, as tripe, used to be very popular and sold in fish and chip shops. In fact I had a quite delicious Tapas made of tripe in Ibiza this year, but I digress

Thank you Jim, we do also eat them grilled, they are delicious. We make a soup from tripe and it has a sooting effect on the stomach after heavy drinking.

wow - surprised to read that it is food - soo filigrane - can imagine how tastefull they can be with the right ingredients - nice shot that works oligochrome and bears so much structure

Thank you Axel for he appreciation! You're right, very like filigrane. They easily tear, but they wet it prior to filling. I can assure you that they are spicy and very delicius.
