I'm glad you didn't have the macro, I like and use similar compositions myself. Well nice and colours are well selected.

Good point. A lack of macro has produced a nicely rounded composition

Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

This works very well for me as is without macro (although I know what you mean - it would have been good to get both shots!)
