Descent

The composition is very accomplished in the way the spiral occupies the picture space. The handrail appears to be moving in a counter circle to the main steps.
Why the blue - wouldn't this be just as effective, perhaps more so, in a straight mono presentation?

Descent is the right word for this one.

Great looking abstract and I do like it in blue.

I do too Donna, gives it a UV look. Best ignore that abuse from Nigelk.

I like the blue too - how was it done? White balance?
I've looked down a few of these and never had a camera with me!
