Corner House

by PeterKR

This little structure forms one of the corners of the Kitchen Garden at Knightshayes. I'm not sure whether it was a gardeners shed, a gatehouse or simply for show ? Whatever, it caught my eye.

RAW image developed and PP'd in PSE11.

Many thanks for the kind comments.
Whilst this shot 'caught my eye' and I liked it in the original colour I felt the age of the building justified a little 'treatment'.
Although I've had PSE11 for around 2 years now and had wondered how to get 'sepia tint' I finally discovered the 'Old Photo' filter effect ! I also added a touch of the 'Fresco' filter.
The moral of this tale is never be afraid to investigate how all those buttons work - even if there are a mind numbing number of them !

Thanks again
Best regards
Peter
