Cormorant or Shag.

Lovely lighting and photo, viewed large is best. I'm fairly certain it's a Shag. Cormorants are the larger of the two, have more white on the front of their necks and very noticable green eyes, but I'm no expert.

Loads of Cormorants down my estuary walks but I do agree in that, this ones a shag
Well captured shag though without doubt, in saying that
