A detail from Unilever House, at the top of the Victoria Embankment exit slip opposite London's Blackfriars station. Taken last October, when my wife and I started at the Tower of London and walked for several miles along both banks of the River Thames, photographing stuff that we tend to take for granted because it's within a 20-minute train ride of home.
