Saw this white bicycle as I drove past, and promptly turned around to get a shot or two. Its part of a mobile network advertising, and located at the entrance to their corporate headquarters. Excellent advertising strategy, it certainly caught my attention. Incidentally, their normal color scheme if Yellow.

Thank you too Rob for that link and thoughts-very interesting reading. It is quite possible that it is intended as a Ghost Bike, but no placard or anything suggesting that. And it is not in a particularly dangerous accident hot spot, though in SA any place is a hotspot.
