Bin not included

As a keen walker this shot reflects a bit of an issue for me.

The amount of items produced creates endless potential for litter. Vandals regularly set fire to litter bins, and many people have no respect for the countryside.

This was taken in a wood we visit. The wood entrance has become a useful dumping ground. Will things become worse if charges, dependent on household waste quantities, are possibly introduced? I think so.

I agree with your sentiments entirely, and think your picture is sadly a true reflection of too many places of The World Today. In photographic terms it is not very easy to take images of such scenes and I think you have done a good job. You may have strengthened the composition by getting lower and closer to one of the cans and making it the primary subject.
