I agree, the noise is a feature of this image. I do like the depth of the further parts and how the fog does enhance the sense of depth. What I am missing is some focal point or parts of interest in the foreground.
I would have tried cropping a bit off the bottom, getting rid of the shrubs. Then the lone tree on the left in the foreground would have been more prominent and maybe pulled off the role as a focal point.
