Spooky House

Photo Information
A picture rather similar to one of yours JR !

This was actually taken before I saw your one. My nephew, Nathan said the house was spooky, so we tried to make it look 'very' spooky. The picture certainly shows the 'purple-fringe' of the 10-17mm !!!

What I like here is that there is a reason for all the dreadful things that have been done to the image. The central figure is perfect for the subject matter. The lens is totally appropriate. The colour is wild and wacky but there is logic behind it, not just a sense of we can do it so we have. So often just because we can do it doesn't mean we should! Only the colour of the sky seems a little out of kilter to me. Easily changed if you wanted to. I don't feel that bland shade matches the rest. A really dramatic storm sky might work. Sometimes I use black. It's your choice of course. How does it look as black and white? In any event Highly Commended.
Best regards, John
