This is how to get comfy when drinking outside. Taken on Maunday Thursday in York. I don't know what the Queen would have made of this as this was on her route when visting York Cathedral that day.

David, the whole street was closed off and other bars had beer pumps and tables outside, as you can see there is lots of bunting up so can only assume that they were allowed to drink on the streets to celebrate the visit of the Queen. Yes very well thank you, just got back from a week in Whitby with snow and no power.
