I took this shot the other day while testing my new (used) A* 300mm lens. I am not sure what to make of it but thought I'll ask you lot. I am going to post it on the 'other' Pentax forum as well for C&C so if you want you can critique it there!
The title of the shot is how my wife described it when she had a look.
Regards.

I like it against the blue sky with the lovely shine on the branches.

For me it's missing an element but I'm not quite sure what that could be.

Could that be a birdie, Paul?

Thanks Nezih and Paul for your comments.
As I said I couldn't decide if this was a decent shot or not. The colours are nice and the branches seem to make an interesting pattern but as you said Paul, there is something missing. Maybe I should have gotten much closer and filled the frame with just one big branch.
Cheers.

I was just joking, Naim. I don't think that there's anything missing here. I like the tangled look.

It is good as it is. I like the golden like, tangled braches of the tree. It is best in enlarged view.
