Up to your old camera-shake tricks again, eh Nigel? Keep on shaking, because they are working beautifully. Like.

Wonderful artistic take on movement, the bare hints of colour and deeper tones blend so well, as does the composition also

Oops its B@W , there was a hint of colour on my screen but it must have been the lighting when I viewed earlier Still liked though

Thank you Mike, go4IT and Flan for stopping by and commenting. I never know with this kind of image what reaction I'll get. I can report response varies greatly depending on the audience. It is the kind of photography that actively gets me excited when capturing and later when editing so I am going to carry on shaking, multi exposing and combining the both.

Flan, you were quite correct the image is in full colour, subtle though it is due to the weather and light conditions. I had to check myself that I hadn't converted it to B&W to be sure

It says, "it's lashing it down." Was that the object?
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Indeed, my aim is to capture an atmosphere, a mood, an impression of the location, the weather, the mood. I was in the mountains which were largely shrouded in cloud and it was lashing down with rain.
