Lovely lighting, beautiful girl. Like Mac I agree about the nose. The skin on her face and forehead is also a little bit too smooth for my taste.

A lovely girl in a very good pose with nice makeup and good lighting.
Was your point of focus too far back? I find her nose to be very blurred. At f7.4?
