Cherche Midi

by Mag07

Discovered Topaz Glow plugin...so much fun! So easy to overcook but fun, nevertheless. Had this printed and I quite like how it turned out. CC welcome.

Cherche Midi is a street in Paris famous for it's old prison with the same name. Not quite sure why you'd call a boat that 😜

I like it. But the intentional angle is slightly disconcerting.

Cheers Simon. I do agree but it wasn't so much intentional as a necessity. Had nowhere to back up anymore and was not able to fit all that I want it into the frame normally, hence decided to squeeze it in on the diagonal

Makes the Tower look a little unreal but an interesting effect for occasional display!

The diagonal is certainly one solution and worth doing. Another solution might have been a vertical two shot panorama with the images stitched together. If it failed, you'd still have this one!

You are right of course John. Did not even cross my mind.
