Cat's Eye Marble

Still playing with close-up shots. Marbles like this used to be a prized win when playing the game of marbles when I was much, much younger. I have a whole bunch of them after all these years.

Over here they were called "Cat's Eye" marbles. You always tried to knock one of these out of the "ring" and it was yours. They also came in a much bigger size that we called a "Blaster". Since, it is very rare that you see this ole' game played anymore I've kept them in remembrance of what used to be years ago. Fantastic not seen these for years, I had some too we used to call the ollies!! cheers Trixie
