Buzzard

by davidrobinson

First chance I have had to test out my newly acquired S/H 150-450 Pentax lens. Not bad considering the buzzard was a long way away and this is a huge crop. All I have done to this image is some PSE RAW sharpening and slight brighten in the editor.

Considering it a big crop and @ 5.6 it's a great shot show the fine quality of the lens and camera

Thanks Phill
I am very pleased with its sharpness, only thing I'm not too certain about is the distracting hash effect of the background grass. I dont think similar photos taken with the Sigma lens had quite that effect.

Get within 100m of our local buzzards and they're off! Nice one!
