Buckland Mists

Afterglow above a delightful 'valley fog' that formed above the River Dart on Saturday 19th Jan 2019. Watching the mists form and glide from late in the golden hour, through sunset and into the late light was utterly enchanting !
The full size image is a monstrous 57 Megapixels - photographed on a zoom lens at 115mm focal length.

Captured to perfection. I have seen this happen from Hay Tor: as you say, it is captivating to watch.
