Focus missed it should be on the eye. Try using the quick shift if you have it to get the eye.

Thanks for the feed back, yes the focus is on the body but I just had to continuous focus and hi speed shoot hoping for the best, it moved to fast for any fine focus adjustment. The previous one I posted had its head in focus but it wasn't looking at the camera.
